Ans.   Your login name or password is not correct. OR your hours are consumed or date is expired. Call PERDNet technical service for assistance.

Ans.   Some one else is using your account. Multiple login is restricted. 

Q        My connection drops often while connected.

Ans.   It could be due to one of the following reasons.

Q        I have a 56K modem, but I never get 56K connection?

Ans.   There are many factors that determine the speed connection you    get on the Internet. Line noise/disturbance, distance from the connecting modem, traffic on the lines, and other conflicts can slow down the potential connection speed.
